Most of the floor people are very very nice. As for the floor manager in the front she was excellent, and because of her we kept playing for another hour. Doesn't exactly make us want to come back. It was ridiculous! They need to have Security stand by people who are harmful and make threats about removing them not people who have not bad intentions and are coming in there for the first time.
